Just an added benefit, all our competitors use HTTP tunnelling, which means all your data sent in and out is logged onto your organisation's servers, therefore not completely anonymous. FireWallSkip does not use HTTP tunnelling, as we feel security and speed are more important.

FireWallSkip uses encrypted VPN tunnels instead of HTTP tunnelling, thus creating a much more secure tunnel to the outside network. FireWallSkip is able to bypass firewalls, school firewall, university firewall, proxy servers, proxies. When you are behind a firewall, you can still browse the internet with an anonymous IP address, leaving no trace to you computer. FireWallSkip also does not use SOCKS, as we felt this was not secure enough.
